LEAD TIME: If the product you purchase is out of stock or modified items, we should need 1-2 weeks for producing.
DELIVERY: Depending on each products, we’ll use different shipping methods.. Standard delivery time is around 2-4 weeks after shipment date (normally within 3 weeks) for leather products and around 7-10 days for t-shirts and others. Please kindly be patient.
RETURN: Within 14 days after receiving the purchased item, if you’re not satisfied with the product, you can contact us for a return and refund. Buyer should pay the shipping charge for the return. We’ll send you the shipping label for the returned shipment then.
